This is just to say
that I have absolutely nothing to write
cold and gray here
is sunshine yellow and warm? I forget.
Eight inches on the ground
Eight more to come.
Greg has comps,
I have rehearsals
and auditions--
Maddie has us the rest of the time.
The child continues to Amaze and Delight.
That's all--no profundity today
or indeed this week and last.
This is just to say
That life is still more sweet than bitter
Winter still sucks
and we're still here.

Glad you are still there! Hopefully Greg told you about the idea to come visit this summer. Chicago is within driving distance, yes? Anyhoo, best to all....

I did tell her about that! We are sooooo excited, and would love to have you both! If you come at the end of April, though, you could see Into the Woods starring Monica Clark-Robinson as Jack's Mother. Although, mid-May is great, too. We are waiting to hear when Monica's brother is getting married. It may conflict with your visit. We will keep you posted.

In your post you said "summer." We wish mid-May was summer in Michigan, but alas, it is usually barely Spring.
